How does this work?

First, the iPro production team will help you organize your thoughts into concise and powerful insights. Second, we will record your insights via Zoom and post produced that recording into a 90 second video. Third, we will share the video with hospital leaders across the country.

Below are 3 ways that you can prepare for the shoot.

Organize your thoughts into 3 insights

Powerful bite-sized learning happens when the content is concise and actionable. Therefore, we recommend constructing your delivery around 3 insights, ideas or actions. To help you organize your thoughts, we have provided a PDF document that you can download. Click the button below to get started.

It's Zoom - you'll need basic equipment

To participate, you will need a computer/laptop, a web camera, speakers and a microphone (earphones are fine). At the top of the call, we will conduct a "tech check" to make sure all of your equipment is working properly. See our FAQ section below for more information.

Keep it loose and have fun

This is NOT a stuffy interview. Instead, think of it as a conversation between two friends. Remember, this is not live, we have time for multiple takes and we can edit out any mistakes. Just have fun!

Now, let's look at some finished samples

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will the shoot be?
We reserve about an hour to give us plenty of time to conduct a "tech check", answer any of your questions and record multiple takes.
Can we do multiple takes?
Yes. We will do multiple takes and we can even edit the take in post production. Remember, this is going to be about a 90 second video so we have plenty of time to capture the content.
What equipment will I need?
You will need a web camera (most laptops have one), a microphone and speakers. Headphones with a built in mic will work as well.
What type of lighting do you suggest?
Natural lighting is preferred, but any lighting is better than no lighting. We also recommend that you face the light so that it illuminates your face.
Where do I position the equipment?
The camera should be directly in front of you at eye level. Lighting should be in front of you and should illuminate both sides of your face. Facing a window normally works best.
Can I use my notes during the shoot?
Yes. You can even look at your notes during the shoot (we will edit it out). A tip that we like to recommend is to use sticky notes that are placed near the camera for quick reference.
Will my home or office background work for the shoot?
The best background is a clean white wall. However, if you can not position yourself with your back to a wall, we ask that you clean up the background as best you can.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Please note that solid colors work best, as patterns can create a "fuzzy" illusion.
How will this be distributed?
Once the video has been produced, we will distribute it via newsletter, blog and social media to hospital leadership around the country.
